Richard C. Cosse, President of the Perigee Finance Group LLC, (PFG) has over 30 years of international and investment banking experience. Prior to the start-up of PFG, Mr. Cosse was Director of Leasing for SG Cowen Securities Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of Societe Generale, Managing Director of the Apogee Finance Group, Inc., an operating leasing affiliate of KLM and President of Irving Leasing Corporation, (now BNY Mellon), a Lessor of capital equipment and real estate worldwide.
