The Company's management team has over 100 years of collective experience in the financing industry as well as extensive experience in various types of structured and capital finance transactions both domestically and internationally.
Richard C. Cosse, President of the Perigee Finance Group LLC, (Perigee Finance) has over 25 years of international and investment banking experience. Prior to the start-up of Perigee Finance, Mr. Cosse was Director of Leasing for SG Cowen Securities Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of Societe Generale, Managing Director of the Apogee Finance Group, Inc., an operating leasing affiliate of KLM and General Manager of Irving Leasing Corporation, (now Bank of NY), a Lessor of capital equipment and real estate worldwide.
